Our products come in four groups: viscera, trimmings, lard/fat and casings. Each of these are treated separately and individually, maintaining strict hygiene and conservation measures.
From the outset, we opted to have and to maintain a standard of quality. Therefore, all products are subject to the same production requirements and we are responsible for creating optimal conditions for this process.
